David Rappenglück advises on digital regulation matters, with a focus on the EU AI Act and Data Act as well as prior to European legislative procedures. He also has special commercial law know-how, advising clients on investment and export control in relation to emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing or biotechnology.
David joined CMS in 2023. His legal training included placements at the German Bundestag (lower house of German parliament) and the European Commission.
