Dzenefa Celikovic advises, creditors, investors, lenders and sponsors on financings, refinancings and restructurings, with a focus on structuring both debt and equity financings and investments. She drafts and negotiates term sheets, investment and financing agreements and prepares legal opinions and other expert reports. Dzenefa also supervises legal due diligence reviews and coordinates with other business units.
Dzenefa joined CMS in 2022. Prior to her legal traineeship, she worked for several years as a judicial officer. In 2024, she completed a secondment in the legal department of an international development company.
