CMS advises Scannell Properties on the development and letting out of a logistics centre with 68,000 m² of rental space

Düsseldorf – The international property developer Scannell Properties has let out a new logistics building with a rental space of 68,000 m² to ID Logistics. Of the rental space, 61,000 m² is storage space, 3,200 m² is office and social space and 3,800 m² is mezzanine space. The logistics centre is being developed on a 123,000 m² site purchased for this purpose in Diemelstadt, Hesse, and is scheduled to be handed over to ID Logistics in the third quarter of 2025.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Philipp Schönnenbeck and counsel Dr Julius Städele provided Scannell Properties with comprehensive legal advice on the acquisition, project development and leasing. CMS also advised on the financing of the project development under the leadership of Dr Herbert Wiehe.
