Eva Wolff advises on all areas of insurance contract and insurance supervisory law, including private international law, with a focus on providing ongoing advice to international insurance companies operating in Germany, especially with regard to insurance supervisory law matters. In addition, she specialises in competition and money laundering law issues relevant to insurance companies as well as the impact of the EU sanctions regime on insurance companies. Eva represents her clients in and out of court and is also experienced in advising on insurance mediation, in particular on regulatory issues.

Eva joined CMS in 2004 and has been a principal counsel since 2023.
