CMS advises Aon on the acquisition of specialist broker LTA
Cologne – Aon plc (NYSE: AON) announced that it has acquired LTA Legal & Tax Assekuranzmakler GmbH – a highly specialised German broker for insurance and risk solutions in legal and business consulting professions. LTA will remain active on the market as an independent brand and will in future operate as a specialist broker within the Aon Group.
