Faraz Ahmad focusses on legal due diligence work for German and international M&A transactions in the commercial sector. He reviews customer, supplier and distribution agreements as well as general terms and conditions and provides the associated risk assessment. In addition, Faraz regularly advises on internal investigation and compliance projects.
Faraz joined the CMS Smart Operations team in 2022, having previously worked in the legal department of a large online retailer and as an independent entrepreneur alongside his law studies.
