Stuttgart – The international traffic technology group SWARCO has acquired Heusch/Boesefeldt GmbH, a leading provider of software solutions for motorway and tunnel management systems and innovative traffic management. The acquisition will expand the company's technological expertise in the area of customised software solutions and strengthen its market presence in the DACH region. It will also lay the foundations for establishing a high-performance engineering centre for motorway and tunnel management systems and for developing forward-looking technologies, particularly in the field of CCAM (Cooperative, Connected, Automated Mobility).
