Felix Jansen advises German and international companies on stock corporation law and limited liability company law. He also advises buyers and sellers on M&A transactions, group law matters and restructurings. Due to his bilingual education, he focusses on German-French briefs.

While training as a lawyer, Felix Jansen worked for several years in the legal department of a bank. He joined CMS in 2023.
