CMS advises Hellomoov Partners on the acquisition of ask GmbH

Cologne – Hellomoov Partners SAS has acquired all shares in ask GmbH Automation – Systeme – Komponenten, Vilseck, a company specialised in the trade of aluminium profiles, workplace systems, conveyor systems, operating equipment, lifting devices and other automation systems and components. It operates in numerous European markets.

A CMS team led by Dr Hendrik Schindler provided comprehensive legal advice on this transaction. In addition to the acquisition of the shares, the advice also covered complex pension and tax law issues. Hellomoov had already relied on CMS's advisory expertise in the past. The transaction value is confidential.

Hellomoov Partners SAS is a French industrial group made up of leading companies in the field of modular conveyor technology and aluminium profiles. It is part of the French Oryx Partner Group, which most recently reported a total turnover of 200 million euros.
