Hanna Stukenbrock advises entrepreneurs and private individuals on their long-term asset and corporate succession planning. In this context, her work focuses on developing individual solutions to safeguard (family) assets in the long term and to avoid conflicts. In estate matters, she supports heirs and individuals that are entitled to a compulsory portion. Should it not be possible to avoid disputes, Hanna also represents her clients in courts.
