Hans-Clemens Köhne started his legal career in 1998. Since then he advises and represents manufacturing and trading companies, with a focus on procurement and distribution agreements, structuring distribution systems, franchise law, authorised dealer and commercial agency agreements as well as on product safety matters including product recalls. He also advises companies on all issues related to unfair competition and the freedom of expression and represents them in court.

Advising a major German manufacturer of gardening and landscaping machinery (part of a globally leading group) on a selective distribution system
Providing ongoing advice on distribution and unfair competition law matters to a major German brewery group
Advising on numerous product recalls, amongst others acting for a globally operating technology group
