Joachim Natterer is a corporate law expert, including disputes and litigation, with profound experience advising stock corporations and limited liability companies. He in particular advises on setting up companies, activities that fall under the German Transformation Act as well as on changing the shareholder structure. His clients often call upon his expertise in the context of cross-border projects.
Joachim also advises German and international banks as well as financial services providers and their management on banking and regulatory issues. This includes licensing procedures, cross-border outsourcing projects, current developments in banking law or new financial services sector business models.
Joachim joined the firm in 1998 and was made partner in 2004.
