Johann Jacobs advises German and international companies as well as project developers, real estate funds and investment management companies on real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. He also advises them on other real estate-related legal issues, in particular (commercial) lease law.

Johann Jacobs started his career as a lawyer at CMS in 2025. He previously worked as a research assistant in the firm's real estate law practice.
