Johann Sieber advises German and international industrial and trading companies on all legal aspects of purchasing and procurement as well as production and distribution. He assists with all operational business matters as well as product liability and product safety issues. In case of conflict, Johann also represents his clients in and out of court.

He joined CMS in 2017 and has been counsel since 2023.
