Dr. Julia Runge

Julia Runge advises German and international banks, leasing companies and investors on a broad range of financing transactions. Her practice includes general corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance, with a focus on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, as well as asset finance, with a focus on ships, containers and railcars and including leasing and factoring. She also advises on restructurings and refinancings.

Julia joined CMS in 2003 and has been a principal counsel since 2019. In 2003/2004, she was seconded to HSH Nordbank AG where she worked on international financing transactions in the bank’s legal department.
