His expertise focuses on international legal topics, particularly in the area of tech transactions, data privacy, and international expansion projects to continental Europe, the UK, and the Asia-Pacific region. Kai’s support ranges from initial assistance with cross-border growth plans to the complete coordination of the legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.

His further area of expertise is international privacy and data protection, both referring to strategic advice on privacy compliance as well as risk management and international incident response.
