Katharina Fenner advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on the legal issues related to mobile/remote working, workplace transformation and existing co-determination rights. She represents employers both in court and in out-of-court negotiations.

Katharina started her legal career in 2021 at an employment law boutique and joined CMS in 2024.
