CMS advises Quartz Healthcare Germany on the Acquisition of MVZ Rheine in North Rhine-Westphalia

Stuttgart – Quartz Healthcare Germany, a leading network of outpatient medical care centres specialising in radiology, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy has acquired MVZ Rheine Radiologie und Nuklearmedizin GmbH. With this strategic transaction, Quartz Healthcare strengthens its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and expands its network with an additional location.

A CMS team led by lead partner Dr Christoph Lächler provided comprehensive legal advice to Quartz Healthcare Germany on the entire transaction. In addition to transaction-related and regulatory issues, key aspects of the transaction included entering into a re-investment agreement. CMS advises Quartz Healthcare Germany regularly on acquisitions on the expansion of its network of outpatient medical care centres, most recently on the acquisition of Radiologie Mansfelder Land MVZ GmbH.

With this acquisition, the Quartz Healthcare Germany network now comprises a total of 35 locations across Germany, offering high-performance medical care close to home in cooperation with regional partner hospitals and healthcare providers.
