Kerstin Block advises German and international banks, leasing companies and investors on financing and leasing transactions. Her expertise covers a wide variety of financings with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border acquisition, project and asset financings. She has specific sector expertise in infrastructure and energy projects as well as rolling stock financings and is CMS Global Head "Energy & Infrastructure Finance.

Kerstin joined the banking & finance team of CMS in Hamburg as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2017. She has worked on secondment with two German banks in Frankfurt and Hanover and a Japanese bank in London.
