Kristina Walter advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, also representing clients in court proceedings and out-of-court negotiations. Her main areas of expertise include compliance, corporate social responsibility as well as business and human rights.

Kristina joined CMS 2021, after having gained experience, among others, with the United Nations in Geneva.
