Laura Rohrberg advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on drafting employment contracts and service agreements that are legally secure and meet the requirements. She also advises her clients on the adjustment of working conditions as well as on all legal issues relating to the dismissal of employees.
