Leipzig – Austen Holding, Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen Plus (WMS), among others, have sold their shares in SYSTEMA Systementwicklung Dipl.-Inf. Manfred Austen GmbH to the multinational IT services and consulting firm Accenture. The details of the transaction are confidential.
Based in Dresden, SYSTEMA is one of the leading providers of software solutions and consulting services for manufacturing automation. The company specialises in MES solutions from SAP and Critical Manufacturing and has in-depth expertise in digitally connecting complex production processes. SYSTEMA operates worldwide and with its subsidiaries in the USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil and India and an office in Indonesia. Its clients include companies from semiconductor, automotive, aerospace and defence industries, and electronics and mechanical engineering sectors.
A CMS team led by Partner Dr Jörg Lips and Counsel Stefanie Pech provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders in the course of the transaction.
