Lukas Stelten advises German and international companies on all data protection related issues, including international data transfers (BCR, model clauses, consents, etc.), the use of employee, social and customer data (evaluations, transfers, etc.). A particular focus of his work is on the representation of clients vis-à-vis supervisory authorities as well as data protection-related litigation.
Lukas Stelten joined CMS in 2014. He has been a counsel since 2020.
