Marlene Ostrop advises banks and investors on German and international financing transactions, with particular experience in project finance, especially in the renewable energy sector. Her practice focuses on banking, finance and capital markets law, as well as restructuring. She is also involved in corporate transactions, primarily supporting the implementation of due diligence processes. In this context, she assists with the organisation, analysis, drafting and management of documents, contracts, draft contracts and related correspondence, and additionally undertakes legal project management tasks.
