Martin Vorsmann took over as managing partner of CMS inGermany in 2022. As one of Germany’s leading commercial law firms, CMS today has more than 600 lawyers and offices in eight major German commercial centres as well as several international offices. Martin advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions, financings, restructurings and joint ventures. German and international clients furthermore seek his advice on all corporate law matters, including representation in corporate disputes. He has particular US expertise and advises German clients with business interests in North America as well as US companies investing in Germany.
Martin joined CMS in 2001 and became a partner in 2010.
