Martina Schmid specialises in advising listed and unlisted stock corporations on all aspects of the German stock corporation and capital market law as well as in representing companies in comprehensive civil and commercial lawsuits. Her practice in particular includes working with her clients on AGMs and any kind of structural measures. She also advises on corporate governance issues and capital market disclosure and reporting requirements. She furthermore has long-standing experience with complex civil and capital market law disputes, corporate litigation, shareholder compensation claims and disputes between corporate bodies.

Martina joined CMS in 2005 and became a partner in 2014.
