Stuttgart/Hamburg/Frankfurt, 06.12.2024 – CMS provided legal advice to ALBA plc & Co. KG and ALBA SE on the successful delisting offer and the delisting from the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt stock exchanges. The advice was provided by two specialized CMS teams.
Under the direction of Dr. Martina Schmid, CMS supported ALBA with comprehensive legal expertise in the implementation of the delisting procedure.
