Nantje Johnston specializes in German and European competition law. She regularly advises on various aspects of distribution law and represents clients in administrative infringements proceedings and civil damages cases. She has appeared in far over 100 antitrust damages proceedings, including various class action proceedings. One of her main areas of practice is advising on the rules for market dominant companies. She advises clients on all aspects of these rules, both out of court and in litigation. Her clients include listed companies and medium-sized companies, with a focus on consumer goods manufacturers and the pharmaceutical industry.

Nantje Johnston began her legal career at CMS in 2010 and is a Principal Counsel since 2021.
