Nele Rüdt von Collenberg advises capital management companies, investment advisors and investment brokers as well as other fund initiators on investment law issues, in particular on fund structuring, fund investments and transactions of regulatory relevance. She primarily advises regulated investors such as insurers, pension schemes and pension funds. Nele’s advisory practice covers all asset classes, with a focus on real estate investments.
