Patrick Ehinger is a member of the CMS Media Group (JUVE, Chambers, and Legal 500 Tier 1 Rank). He is specialized in media and copyright law as well as in the design of new digital business models. His areas of practice include the acquisition and exploitation of rights and licenses for digital media use, as well as the representation of his clients in complex legal proceedings.

Patrick regularly acts for leading international technology and media companies. A special focus is on the work for clients from the games and e-sports industry.

His practice also covers blockchain technology matters, providing advice on all issues related to rights licensing for NFT-based business models and their structuring. Furthermore, he advises his clients on all legal issues in the field of AI, media regulation and e-commerce.

Patrick joined CMS in 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer in a US law firm. He has been Counsel since 2023.
