Romy Rosenhahn has extensive expertise in developing innovative technical solutions for legal advice and project coordination, with a focus on the implementation of various collaborative (legal tech) products and platforms. She regularly supports our teams of lawyers on complex advisory projects in a coordinating capacity. With her extensive experience in project management, she also works on German and international M&A transactions.
Romy has both an LL.M. in business law and an information technology focused MBA. She joined CMS in 2020 from an internationally operating major law firm where she had worked for many years in knowledge management.
