As a legal project manager, Sarah Langfeld coordinates project-related legal work and supports the CMS legal teams with complex mandates, including setting up and monitoring project plans and schedules as well as analysing and designing processes. Jointly with the firm's Legal Tech unit, Sarah also implements collaborative tools and platforms for optimal project management. She works across departments with other experts at CMS Germany as well as with partner law firms in other jurisdictions.
Sarah joined CMS in 2023 after having worked in strategic sales and project management for a large German food retailer.
