Stephanie Witt advises German and international companies on all aspects of labor and employment law, primarily working on restructuring measures and negotiating reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans. Her practice also covers drafting employment contracts and the termination of employment relationships, co-determination matters as well as works agreements negotiations (e.g., in the context of the introduction of IT systems). It also supports companies in preparing for and implementing the Remuneration Transparency Directive – from analysing existing remuneration and evaluation models to designing information and reporting channels and introducing appropriate governance and compliance structures.
She has been practising as a lawyer since 2014 and joined CMS in 2022. She was appointed as Counsel in 2024.
