Employment and labor law expert Thomas Glaesmann has special expertise advising his clients on the deployment of outside personnel as well as on the employment aspects of corporate restructurings, transfers of undertakings and other entrepreneurial decisions. He drafts contracts and works agreements and is a strong partner for his clients when it comes to negotiations with works councils and trade unions. In case of conflict, Thomas also represents companies in and out of court.

Thomas joined CMS in 1995 and was made partner in 1999. In 1998, he qualified as a certified lawyer for labor and employment law.
