Düsseldorf – Master Builders Solutions Deutschland GmbH has acquired all the shares in TPH Bausysteme GmbH, a specialist in injection solutions for tunnel construction and civil engineering. Master Builders Solutions Deutschland is part of the MBCC Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of construction chemicals and solutions. The closing of the deal took place at the end of March.
An international CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Sebastian Becker together with Christopher von Lilien-Waldau and Nicole Mundhenke advised Master Builders Solutions Deutschland GmbH on all legal aspects of acquiring TPH Bausysteme GmbH.
TPH Bausysteme GmbH is based in Norderstedt near Hamburg. It specialises in products and solutions for waterproofing and restoration systems in structural, civil, tunnel and construction engineering.
