Tina Karakurt advises German and international investors and project developers on real estate transactions, including asset and share deals as well as individual and portfolio transactions. She assists with due diligence matters and advises her clients on an ongoing basis on lease agreements and asset management.

Tina joined CMS in 2017 and was made principal counsel in 2023.
