Tino Beuthan specialises in national and international construction and real estate law as well as engineering and architects law. He focuses on advising clients during the planning and construction phase of big national and international construction projects, including all relevant contract work (including FIDIC contracts), claims management and project development, especially with regard to national and international plant construction projects. Tino also regularly represents his clients in complex court cases.

As a special area of expertise, Tino advises on the legal aspects of digitisation processes in the planning, construction and real estate sector, in particular in the context of BIM (Building Information Modeling).

He joined CMS in 2016 and has been a counsel since 2021.
