CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Biogroup-LCD on the acquisition of Les Laboratoires Associés, an independent medical biology firm based in Limoges.
Biogroup-LCD runs more than 160 medical biology sites in the east of France (Alsace, Lorraine, Franche-Comté and Bourgogne), Ile-de-France and in the Limousin.
With this acquisition, Biogroup-LCD consolidates its presence in the Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou-Charentes region a few months after the acquisition of Astralab.
For this operation, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team that advised Biogroup-LCD comprised Christophe Blondeau (partner and lawyer), Benoit Gomel, Célia Mayran and Noëlle Boualem for the Corporate/M&A aspects, Arnaud Gerardin, Laurent Hepp (partners and lawyers) and Florian Burnat for tax matters, Arnaud Gag for regulatory aspects and Grégory Benteux (partner and lawyer), Alexandre Bordenave (legal counsel) and Alexandre Chazot for financial aspects.
