CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises on the public-private partnership at the Lyon Sud faculty of medicine

On 23 July 21013, the University of Lyon research and higher education consortium and CAMELY, a joint-venture between the companies GCC, IDEX ENERGIES and DIF Infra 3 PPP 2 Luxembourg Sarl, signed a partnership agreement for the objective of designing, constructing, financing (entirely or partially), ensuring structural maintenance, renewal and technical maintenance (entirely or partially) of several new buildings on the site of the Lyon Sud faculty of medicine, as well as the construction of parking spaces for passenger vehicles and two-wheel vehicles on the site.

For this project, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised CAMELY and lenders (Arkéa Banque Entreprises and Institutionnels, BTP Banque and Crédit Coopératif) with partner François Tenailleau and Kawthar Ben Khelil, for project and public law aspects, and partner Laurent Mion, with Alexandre Bordenave, Magali Béraud and Alexandre Chazot, for aspects of financing, and Arnaud Hugot and Marc Flamand for aspects of corporate law.

Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés advised the University of Lyon research and higher education consortium, with partner Laurent de la Brosse and Romain Canot for aspects of public business law and partner Pierre Lafarge for aspects of corporate law.
