CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advises Crédit Suisse Asset Management (AM)

on the acquisition of a logistic platform and the execution of a lease for the solar panels

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats has advised Crédit Suisse AM acting for one of its dedicated funds besides Belvedere Capital (Silvio Estienne and Bruno Cohen) for the execution of a lease for the solar panels installed on the roof of the logistic platform located in Montagnat, in the Lyon region, with the Group Urbasolar, a company specialised in solar energy on large building in Europe, who will finance and operate the solar installation.

The lease agreement follows the off plan acquisition of this building by Crédit Suisse AM, for which CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats has also advised Credit Suisse AM.

The building of a total area of 28.000 m² is fully let further to the execution of a 9 year firm lease agreement.

The logistic platform will benefit from the most recent technical requirements as well as environmental certifications, such as BREEAM Very Good.

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats has advised Crédit Suisse AM for the legal aspects of the entire transaction, in particular the acquisition of the building, the negotiation of the lease agreement, the negotiation of the lease for the solar panels as well as the financing of the project.
