CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, subsidiary of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, has just renewed its Executive Board.
François Coutard, 56 years old, partner in employment law, has been re-elected for a new term as Chairman of the Executive Board. The four new members of the Board are Pierre Devis, Jean-Thomas Heintz, Jérôme Lucas and Laurent Romano.
Pierre Devis, 57, partner in tax law, joined the firm in 1990.
Jean-Thomas Heintz, 47, partner in corporate law, joined the firm in 2007.
Jérôme Lucas, 55, partner in corporate law, joined the firm in 1991.
Laurent Romano, 51, partner in economic and intellectual property law, joined the firm in 2004.
The two Parisian partners, representing CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats on the Lyon Executive Board, Philippe Grousset and Jean-Philippe Bidegainberry, retain their positions.
This new Executive Board has been elected for a four-year term.
Today, CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats has 128 employees, among whom are 27 partners and 61 lawyers. The law firm, covering multiple disciplines and of an international scope, is one of the leading firms in the Lyon region.
