Alain Herrmann joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1992 and became a partner in 2007.

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law with a focus on national and international restructuring (particularly Franco-German) and employment protection plans. He regularly assists companies in their relations with employee representatives and in collective bargaining negotiations. Alain Herrmann also advises on international employee mobility and represents clients in social security litigation.

His clients include consulting firms, property companies, industrial companies and multinationals.
