Christophe Girard joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in 2001 (and was co-opted as a partner in 2019).

He intervenes in labor law and social security law. He advises companies on a daily basis on all legal aspects of collective and individual labor relations as well as on social security matters.

He has a strong experience in the field of employee representation and in the management of labor relations : collective bargaining, restructuring, audits, employee representation, etc.

Its activity is characterized by a daily and pragmatic follow-up of the clients to advise them effectively in the strategic treatment of the records and to secure legally the decisions taken.
