CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Crédit Agricole CIB on the setting-up of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Public Sector SCF and the establishment of its €10 billion EMTN programme.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Crédit Agricole CIB, as arranger, on the setting-up of a new société de crédit foncier, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Public Sector SCF.
The setting-up of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Public Sector SCF and the establishment of its €10 billion EMTN programme provide the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group with an access to the best financing conditions on the market and strengthen the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group for its public sector financings. In addition to the French obligations foncières, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Public Sector SCF may also issue under its programme German-law “Namensschuldverschreibung” benefiting from the same legal privilege.
