He has joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2017. He advises on the taxation of companies, groups of companies and their managers as well as on the taxation of transactions and private equity.

He also advises entrepreneurs, shareholders and managers on their personal and patrimonial tax issues.

His main fields of practice in respect of French and foreign multinational group companies cover:

• the leading of tax audits, and then structuring, negotiation and optimization of external growth transactions (leveraged buy-out transactions, share and asset purchase agreements, management-packages);
• internal restructuration of group companies (tax consolidation, mergers and partial contribution of assets);
• assistance of group companies in their annual reporting process;
• tax controversy with respect to taxpayers before the French tax authorities and tax courts.
