The Région Pays de la Loire issued its first Green Bonds under its EMTN programme, in three tranches for a total amount of €100 million. The Green Bonds are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The funds raised will be allocated exclusively to the financing of projects regarding the production of renewable energies, sustainable buildings and sustainable transport in accordance with the Région Pays de la Loire Green Bond Framework available on the Région’s website.
For this transaction, CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC, acting as joint lead managers.
