Ben Rayner is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team. Ben has experience of advising both landlord and tenant clients on a wide range of contentious commercial property issues including business lease renewals and terminations, dilapidations, service of break notices and reviewing the validity of received notices, as well as acting for landlords on tenant insolvency and possession of goods. Ben also has experience in residential property including advising on tenant's right of first refusal, service charge consultation and residential lease extensions.
Ben is also a member of the Property Litigation Association. Outside of CMS, Ben is a member of the RFU National Panel of Referees and officiates in the National Leagues.
