Dean is an Associate in the Construction and Engineering team, specialising in non-contentious construction matters. He qualified and joined CMS in September 2023, having trained at DLA Piper UK LLP.
Dean has experience advising on the various forms of JCT standard suites, drafting schedule of amendments and negotiating with third parties on the terms. Dean also prepares consultant appointments and other ancillary documents and negotiation with third parties.
