Edward is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Disputes department. Edward deals with a wide range of contentious real estate work with a particular focus on complex real estate disputes.

His main areas of practice include: contractual disputes, landlord and tenant issues, Land Registry disputes (including adverse possession claims), covenants and easements, and recovering possession of property.

Edward’s experience includes

  • Acting for the claimant in a multi-million pound High Court breach of contract claim relating to the purchase and development of a site which was successfully settled at mediation.
  • Obtaining an urgent High Court injunction for a client to remove protestors from one of its sites and to prevent the defendants staging similar occupations on other sites in the client’s estate.
  • Resolving numerous multi-party boundary and easement disputes through mediation and negotiation.
