Jessica is an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration team. She has worked with various clients on business-critical disputes relating to a variety of causes of action, including misrepresentation, data breaches, fraud and negligence. Jessica also supports gambling operators with contentious legal and regulatory issues, such as Gambling Commission investigations and licence reviews. Jessica advises on bringing and defending claims in court, along with other forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration, in addition to providing strategic and reputational advice.

Relevant experience

Representing the joint trustees in multi-million pound, multi-jurisdictional, bankruptcy proceedings.
Advising a global company in relation to breaches of an IT security contract and a consequential data breach.
Working on a multi-million-pound international arbitration and was responsible for liaising with and drafting the statements of key witnesses, based overseas, and reviewing the relevance of extensive documents.
